I’ve been both. The latter leads to life, family, completeness, and joy… while the first leads to loneliness, depression, heartbreak, and utter emptiness. Be wise ! Choose right.
I am a woman and I agree with what you say! In fact, here’s my message to my Sisters in Christ:
I would like to share a thought about modest apparel and head coverings. These practices are not only for our own benefit, but also to help protect others—especially other women’s husbands—from temptation and sin, by guarding their eyes.
By nature, men are visually attracted to certain aspects of a woman’s appearance, including long hair and specific parts of the body. That’s why it’s important for us to dress modestly, including wearing head coverings when possible—out of respect for our own husbands, for other women’s husbands, and for our fellow sisters.
Modesty begins with a mindset of consideration for others. It starts with us.
Nothing's more attractive than a woman who loves and fears the Lord.
